Marresse Speights agrees to replace Byron Mullens in Panionios

Marresse Speights is the new "locked-out" player who moves to Europe. Gazzetta.gr has confirmed that the 76ers center has reached an agreement to play for Panionios until the end of the lockout. Speights, still under contract with Philadelphia, will replace another NBA center: Byron Mullens.

Mullens left Panionios a couple of days ago without any explanation, according to the Greek media, without playing a single official game in Greece. Panionios, a candidate to qualify to the HEBA playoffs, is also the team of Jon Diebler, former Buckeye shooter recently drafted by the Blazers.
